Audio Slideshow

I chose a video from The New York Time's "One in 8 Million" project. To me, the most interesting part was the story about being robbed. I just wanted to him to all the sudden talk faster to hear what happened. The intro, leading into this story, felt kind of long. He said a lot of interesting things that added detail to the story, but I kept thinking there has to be more to this story. The detail shots were relevant and advanced the story. The subject himself has a sense of humor and personality that the photographer did a great job of demonstrating.

During practice on Nov. 7, junior Hannah Dresser drives through her teammates towards the basket at Rock Bridge High School. The Bruins will play the team’s first game against Troy Buchanan Nov. 25 at St. Joseph’s Academy.

Painting with light





For decades, horror movies have made a name for themselves by frightening audiences with ghosts, aliens, dead little girls and supernatural beings emerging from household television sets. This may not be so far from reality as scientists are currently developing televisions with the capability for 3D display. The first commercially available no-glasses model is predicted for release in Japan in November 2011.
